Difference between revisions of "Category:Movies"

Buddhist themed movies, including those with no direct reference to Buddhism and the Dhamma, but with Dhammic overtones and plots. In the interest of brevity, the focus here is on movies with a general Buddhism plot or message while those movies with a specifically non-Theravada focus are only shown if they did very well at the box office and are well-known in non-Buddhist circles. Also, movies that are not in the English language are not shown unless they did well at the box office and are well-known in several countries outside the country of origin with the use of subtitles. Some documentaries not shown here can be found in other categories, such as Videos, Pilgrimage, Meditation, and Introduction to Buddhism.
