10 advantages of conjey (a watery rice porridge, commonly used with alms food during the time of Buddha):
1. It gives life
2. It gives beauty
3. It gives ease
4. It gives strength
5. It gives intelligence
6. Conjey when it is drunk checks hunger
7. It keeps off thirst
8. It regulates wind
9. It cleanses the bladder
10. It digests raw remnants of food
