Eight rare qualities in a person of great wealth and power:

1. He has conviction.

2. He is virtuous.

3. He has a sense of conscience.

4. He has a sense of concern (for the results of unskillful actions).

5. He is learned.

6. He is generous.

7. He is discerning.

8. He is modest
