Bhikkhuni Ruxiong was born in 1963 in Italy.
Bhikkhuni Ruxiong; alias Young sunim has been a nun since 1994. She has studied in Korea and Taiwan and practiced both Korean Son and Chinese Chan. In Taiwan she studied Vinaya for six years. She has been practicing intensive meditation in Thailand since 2012.
