TheDhamma.com is the mother website of The Dhamma Encyclopedia.

The TheDhamma.com domain name was chosen since it represents the totality of the Buddha's teachings. It covers Theravada and the earliest teachings of the Buddha.

The website offers the bestselling book, The Complete Book of Buddha's Lists -- Explained by David N. Snyder, Ph.D., 2006. The book is sold for printing and shipping costs only; no profit or income to author or publisher. The book includes 90 of the Buddha's lists and relies heavily on the Anguttara Nikaya of the Buddhist scriptures.

History

Originally, it was VipassanaFoundation.com, where it still redirects to TheDhamma.com. The website was first made to sell the not-for-profit book Buddha's Lists.
